Open up a world of sun-kissed delight with our Mango Pale Ale. Crafted to capture the essence of a tropical paradise, this beer is an invitation to taste the vibrancy of ripe mangoes in every drop.
This beer is inspired by the beautiful place where it all began, Byron Bay. Raise that glass of yours to the mango infused wonder that awaits. Dive in and savour every sip.
Approach
When approaching anything that involves the Stone & Wood brand, the design has to be organic. Stone & Wood see beer as a force for good and have solid brand values derived in quality as well as being environmentally conscious.
This love of the natural world and environment we live in comes into every aspect of design work. The mango pale ale is no different. I wanted the logo to be seen as if the consumer was looking through a window of vines. All the mangoes, leaves, branches are slightly different and all flowing with one another, wrapping around and emphasising the two key pieces of information of the pack, Logo and SKU variety. The colours evolved and naturally mimicked mangoes and vines, however the shade of orange as the base colour was a conscious choice as a nod to Pacific Ale.
